Lawrence is an experienced business transformation specialist with a strong focus on the customer built over twenty years across financial services, digital enablement, and human services.

Lawrence gained his experience with St. George Bank, Suncorp Group, Golden Casket and the Endeavour Foundation where he has experience in overseeing the development and implementation of transformational strategies as well as ongoing monitoring measurement.

Lawrence has worked with a range of methodologies including Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM and Human Centred Design to develop solutions that meet the clients/customers and the business needs.
